½ cups all-purpose flour, 1 cup sugar, 3 tbsp cocoa powder, 1 tsp baking soda, ½ tsp salt, 1 cup mashed ripe bananas, 1 tbsp vinegar, ⅓ cup oil, 1 cup water, 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
Combine dry and wet ingredients separately, then mix gently. Pour into a greased 8-inch pan and bake at 350°F for 30–35 minutes.
Notes
Easily swap in gluten-free flour for a gluten-free version.
