Description
Chewy, buttery strawberry blondies bursting with juicy berries—this easy dessert combines the richness of a blondie with the brightness of fresh strawberries.
Ingredients
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup chopped fresh strawberries
1/4 cup white chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
2. In a mixing bowl, stir together melted butter and brown sugar until smooth.
3. Add egg and vanilla extract; mix until well combined.
4. Stir in flour and salt until just combined.
5. Gently fold in strawberries and white chocolate chips if using.
6. Spread the batter evenly in the prepared pan.
7. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the center is just set.
8. Cool completely in the pan before slicing into squares.
9. Store in an airtight container at room temperature or refrigerated.
Notes
Use fresh, firm strawberries to avoid excess moisture.
Do not overmix the batter to keep the texture soft and chewy.
For extra decadence, drizzle with melted white chocolate or top with strawberry glaze.
These blondies can be made a day ahead and stored in the fridge.
